Privacy Policy
H. Damian, Inc. (dba Paint Away!) will never sell or share your information to any third party outside of our organization, other than to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to information that you voluntarily give us via email or another form of direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new offerings, or changes to this privacy policy.
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time by unsubscribing.
Orders
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information and financial information (credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use your contact information to contact you. We do not have access to your full financial information (credit card number, etc). That information is not shared with us.
Our Payment Processor
We use third party payment processors (each, a “Payment Processor”) to charge you. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor, in addition to this Agreement. We use two payment processors, Stripe and Lightspeed. You agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then in effect for any purchase in accordance with the applicable payment terms. You agree to make payment using the payment method you provide with your Account. We reserve the right to correct, or to instruct our Payment Processor to correct, any errors or mistakes, even if payment has already been requested or received.
