Welcome to Summer Camp 2025!

Thank you for signing up for Paint Away’s Summer Art Camp! We have lots of painting projects, crafting projects, glass fusing and more. Here are a few things to keep in mind during the week of the camp session:

  • Since we have a very specific outline of tasks each day to work on projects, we will begin promptly at 10 a.m., Monday through Friday, and ending at 2:30 p.m. It is very important that all our campers are present every day and on time.

  • The well-being of the kids is our top priority. If your child requires to have any medication with them (such as EpiPen), we require authorization from your medical healthcare provider, which can be obtained from your medical healthcare provider. Medication will not be administered without the proper authorization form.

  • Be sure to send your camper in play clothes and with a box lunch (we provide a snack) or you may order lunch through BJ’s Restaurant (see instructions below). Please do not pack any nuts or peanuts in your box lunch to be considerate of those who have life-threatening allergic reactions. Please be sure to inform us if your camper has any food allergies. In the past, parents have sent special snacks and lunches to those campers who have special dietary needs. We have also partnered with BJ’s Restaurant for your camper.

  • Optional BJ’s Lunch Orders: Parents may visit [BJ’s Redmond website] and schedule meals for the day they want. Most importantly choose the following information when checking out. You will have to checkout for each day you want to order.

    -Choose "take-out" online order each day want to order food.
    -Pick up time "12:00 PM"
    -Please add “Paint Away” next to your child’s last name, that ensure BJs will deliver to paint away and you don t have for pay delivery.
    -Please reach out to BJ's directly-bjs535@bjsrestaurants.com for any clarifications, as we are simply helping connect families with the restaurant and do not receive any benefit from the arrangement.

  • Project Pick-Up: We’ll text or email once artwork is ready (7–10 days after camp). Due to space, projects must be picked up within 2 weeks of notification.
