Customer Instructions – What to Expect
Walk-ins
We are operating at full capacity and social distancing is no longer required. But we recommend you continue to social distance when possible.
We require masks for everyone painting in-store.
We ask that you wash your hands before and after painting.
You may now go to the Paint Centers and select your own paints.
Cleaning & Safety Protocols
Below are cleaning protocols our employees will follow:
Paint Brushes
Initial rinse to remove all paint residue from brush bristles.
Will be soaked in soapy hot water for disinfecting. We will be using anti-bacterial soap.
Will be rinsed again for the final time before being placed in the drying rack.
Paint Palettes
Initial rinse to remove all paint residue from palettes.
Will be soaked and sponged in soapy hot water for disinfecting. We will be using anti-bacterial soap.
Will be rinsed again for final time before being placed in the drying rack.
High-Touch Areas (faucets, door handles, counters)
We will wipe down all high-touch point areas with bleached rag or disinfectant wipes very often.
Tables and Chairs
All tables and chairs will be wiped down with disinfectant after every use.
Employee and Store safety
A sneeze guard is installed at the counter.
Employees will be washing hands often.
All employees are vaccinated. We recommend employees to wear masks when working in close proximity to customers.
