Let’s avoid the Open-Close-Open situation by doing our part! We recommend masks for the unvaccinated. We ask that you wash your hands before after painting.

Customer Instructions – What to Expect

Walk-ins

  • We are operating at full capacity and social distancing is no longer required. But we recommend you continue to social distance when possible.

  • We require masks for everyone painting in-store.

  • We ask that you wash your hands before and after painting.

  • You may now go to the Paint Centers and select your own paints.

Cleaning & Safety Protocols

Below are cleaning protocols our employees will follow:

Paint Brushes

  • Initial rinse to remove all paint residue from brush bristles.

  • Will be soaked in soapy hot water for disinfecting. We will be using anti-bacterial soap.

  • Will be rinsed again for the final time before being placed in the drying rack.

Paint Palettes

  • Initial rinse to remove all paint residue from palettes.

  • Will be soaked and sponged in soapy hot water for disinfecting. We will be using anti-bacterial soap.

  • Will be rinsed again for final time before being placed in the drying rack.

High-Touch Areas (faucets, door handles, counters)

  • We will wipe down all high-touch point areas with bleached rag or disinfectant wipes very often.

Tables and Chairs

  • All tables and chairs will be wiped down with disinfectant after every use.

Employee and Store safety

  • A sneeze guard is installed at the counter.

  • Employees will be washing hands often.

  • All employees are vaccinated. We recommend employees to wear masks when working in close proximity to customers.
