Looking Ahead

IMG_3406.jpg

Thank you all! What a summer it has been! We were closed most of spring and we opened with pottery-to-go to a slow, but successful start, though not quite the same as having you all painting in the store. Our doors opened with Phase 2 in early June, and slowly, people came in to paint, and some decided to continue with pottery-to-go. Our Summer Art Camp was a rousing success. All camp sessions, except for one, were completely full.

We are now entering fall with schools mostly held online. We want to hear from you about what you’d like to see us offer to support you and your kids’ emotional, social, and creative needs. For starters, we are offering Art Pods this fall. Art Pods are privately organized groups for kids who have been “quarantining” together. You can learn more on our Art Pod webpage. If our set schedule does not work for you, please feel free to let us know your specific needs through our form in the Art Pod webpage. We are happy to work with you and your group.

As we enter fall and the light gets darker outside, we hope that we can count on your continued support. We will continue to offer our pottery-to-go, virtual parties, and in-store painting. We will also add to our programs as we see fit, starting with our Art Pod offerings.

Wishing everyone to stay safe and we look forward to seeing you create!

Love, Peace, and Paint Away!

#SmallBusinessStrong with You

We won’t lie, we were feeling pretty blue when we had to close down – and it got increasingly difficult as the days went on. But, we are now entering Phase 1 of the re-opening and feeling hopeful about what this could mean, not only for us, but for everyone. Here’s to brighter days ahead!

Before we go on and on about what we’ve got going on (and we’ve got plenty!) – we want to first practice some gratitude. We want to give a loud shout-out to all the healthcare workers and first responders who are on the front lines risking their own health and safety for US! Healthcare workers and first responders are our SUPERHEROES. We also want to thank all those who keep our food chain going – from farm to table and everything in between. We’re thinking of our global community during this pandemic – and though we want you to buy local, our LOVE is global!

And how about those Moms and Dads working from home with their kiddos? That is some difficult feat to conquer! We feel you and we salute you!

We want to give a shout out to One Redmond for being a strong voice and advocate for businesses, small and large alike.

Finally, thank you to all our customers who have checked-in over the last several weeks. We are only Small Business Strong with YOU. We hope we can count on your support as we’re coming back with a bang! Perhaps we’re looking a bit differently with the new COVID way of business, but providing the same great service. We are now offering:

Pottery-to-Go with delivery to your home,

Virtual Classes to keep your kids engaged while you work during the weekday,

Virtual Birthday Parties to celebrate during social distancing

• And Summer Camp Program – Phase 3 of the re-opening plan is allowing us to have our program. Yay!

Our Health and Safety Guidelines detail the precautionary measures we are taking to ensure the safety of our employees and customers.

We get knocked down but we get up again! We are all in this together!

Peace, Love, and Paint Away!
