Employee Health & Safety Expectations
To Our Customers
All employees have read all our Health and Safety Guidelines that we have detailed for you. They have certified to follow all guidelines. We are all adjusting to this new way of being, so if you see anything that requires our attention, we ask that you to tell us, by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. Have your time and date of your visit handy so we can track who was scheduled that day. We need your help in making sure our employees are accountable.
Also, because sometimes we are unaware of our behavior, please feel free to tell an employee if you notice the employee is doing something outside of our safety guidelines and expectations, especially if an employee is doing something that feels unsafe to you with regards to COVID. We all can help each other out to ensure we’re stopping the spread, because we’re all in it together.
All employee certified that they have read the following Safety Guidelines:
Paint Away! provides the following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the safety of its employees:
Facemask (Employee is encouraged to wear their personal mask, but if Employee forgets to bring their mask, a disposable mask will be provided to them).
Disposable Gloves
Personal Face-Shield

In addition to reading those guidelines, all employees have certified to adhere to additional safety measures as detailed below.
Employee will:
Wash hands before starting their work shift.
Wash hands before leaving their work shift.
Wash hands often during their shift
Wear fac masks at all times when interacting with customers or walking around the general store area.
Wear their face-shield provided by Paint Away! when appropriate.
Social distance whenever possible, and will have appropriate PPE when social distancing is not possible.
Change gloves or wash hands if Employee touches face with gloves.
Clean and disinfect all high touch point areas such as doorknobs, handles, faucets, counters, etc.
Clean and disinfect all tables and chairs after customer use thoroughly with care and diligence.
Be conscientious about how their behavior is perceived by customers.
Adhere to all the cleaning protocols outlined in the Phase 2 Reopening Plan and Health & Safety Guidelines.
***Update: 6/1/2020: Employees engaging in activities involving crowds or large groups, such as protests or marches, will not be allowed to work for 14 days following such activity for the safety of our customers and co-workers.
Certification
Employees have certified that they have read and understood all guidelines set forth by each plan we provided - General Health and Safety, Phase 2 Reopening Plan, Safety Guidelines for Campers and Kids, and the Employee Health and Safety Expectations. Further, any questions employees had were answered to their satisfaction.
